艾琳是一名布勒斯特医院的主治医生，在一次抢救病人失败的过程中，她发现了一个严重的问题，病人的心瓣膜跟正常人不同，这很有可能是因为病人长时间服用一种名叫“美蒂拓”的减肥药所致。 随着调查的深入，艾琳发现这种名为“美蒂拓”的减肥药已经导致了数起死亡事件，她向法国健康产品安全局提出了这件事，但因为当时法国境内流感频发，所以“美蒂拓”减肥药所导致的死亡事件并未引起重视。 但艾琳并未因此而放弃，她开始带领着自己的医学团队对这件事展开调查。在收集证据的过程中，艾琳遭受了来自减肥药生产公司的诋毁以及部分人的不理解，但她为了枉死的无辜人，依旧坚持调查着，并最终拿到了有力的证据反映给了媒体和卫生部，正义最终得以伸张。。连环变态杀手Cusp将年轻女孩杀死，然后又将她们救活，并且一遍又一遍，直到被害人自己求死为止。Maya是cusp第一个受害者，昏迷后侥幸活了下来，死亡的体验使她获得了进入别人意念的超能力。之后，Maya一直协助联邦调查局追捕cusp，在一次追捕过程中，Maya救人心切，不顾危险进入了Csup的意念但反被Cusp控制并导致被害人死亡。时隔一年Cusp重新回来……继续作案。Maya在警察的帮助下一步步逼近cusp,Maya试图再次进入Cusp的意念，拯救新的被害人·····。In this bitingly satirical film Peter Slovan, a continuous source of trouble for the film functionaries of the socialist Slovakia, tackles an evergreen topic – the corruptive effects of power. Barnabáš Kos, a triangle player at a symphonic orchestra, is suddenly promoted to serve as the head of the said institution, even though both he and his superiors deem him completely unfit for the task. Encouraged in equal parts by this unexpected recognition and the servile praise of his colleagues, Kos’s modesty starts to gradually vanish. The erstwhile bashful and aloof percussionist quickly becomes aware of the advantages of his new office, and begins to realise his increasingly ludicrous artistic ambitions. Ultimately, the submissive marionette turns into a source of public humiliation, and his astonishing career finds an abrupt end. Orchestra serves here as a microcosm that grotesquely reflects the absurd and tragicomic mechanisms of the paranoid apparatus of power.
