日本の片田舎に住むアメリカ人のルーカス。 彼は経営難の小さな英会話学校で働きながら、少ない稼ぎの中でも心豊かに暮らしていた。 同じ町には、外国人の母親を持つミックスルーツの日本人、ケンが住んでいた。 叔父が経営する建設会社で長い間働いていたケンは、自分の生き方やアイデンティティを見出せない日々を送っていた。 惹かれ合うように出会った二人は、不器用にぶつかり合いながら互いが抱えている”愛着”を見つめ直していくー。。Documentary which take as subject the Oberhausen Group and New German Cinema, and some of those who followed in their footsteps.
