在日本做婚庆摄影的夏五环，心中怀揣着成为一名导演的梦想，却因为一次“超纲发挥”而激怒了忍者一族的首领，被威胁为他们拍摄宣传片“忍者荣耀”，不仅给了他一大笔拍摄经费，还配了一位名字叫柚子的漂亮女忍者做助手。宣传片拍摄过程中夏五环步步惊心，不仅要在一群不按常理出牌的忍者中间小心翼翼提出拍摄方案，还闹出了各种各样的笑话。但随着拍摄逐渐展开，柚子看着夏五环从不靠谱到逐渐认真的样子不禁春心萌动。最终，五环用自己的方式，为忍者一族拍出了一部既真实热血又感人至深的影片，五环也完成了自己的梦想并获得了梦寐以求的爱情。。Inspired by Istanbul-born Armenian intellectual Eremya Celebi Komurciyan's travel diaries from the 17th century, Invisible to the Eye traces this particular itinerary in today’s Istanbul.
