本剧讲述了被不应该出现于世的那个东西迷惑的人们，与追查前所未有怪异事件的考古学家们发生的一系列故事。。游侠杜孟飞（何家劲）奉师命下山闯荡江湖，途遇黑道中人捉拿沐龙门女弟子沐婉儿（关之琳），杜挺身相救，沐万分感激。未几，杜又见黑道中人围攻少女李赛男（惠英红），乃将之救出，孰料李反斥杜坏其好事，令杜啼笑皆非。及后，杜无意中听得一段二十年前的江湖恩怨，并得知黑道首领乃李之杀父仇人，而沐则是黑道首领失散了的女儿。Medeas is a daring and lyrical exploration of alienation and desperation through the intimate observation of a family's inner lives and their relationship to each other and their environment.
