《飞出个未来》第五制作季于08年三月上映，并于09年8月30日结束。本季内容为四个剧场版电影的剪辑修改版。少年时代，南波兄弟意外在夜空中目击了那如梦如幻的UFO，这次经历在他们幼小的心中埋下了航空梦的种子，他们相约朝着宇航员的目标努力，携手登上月球表面。此去经年，南波日日人率先实现了兄弟俩的梦想，另一方面，日日人的哥哥南波六太正走着一条全然不同的道路。他少言寡语，全无干劲，而就在他最低落的时刻，一个久违的词汇突然在他的脑海中浮现。。A series of freak weather occurrences around Washington D.C. reunites two estranged brothers who are the sons of a once prestigious climate scientist.
