本作为原创动画，将描绘游戏原作的遥远未来。故事以「グランシード学院」为舞台，以新世代的学生ネモ和ファリア两人为中心，讲述与不知名的「英雄」定下了契约的少年ネモ，在一次讨伐边境时与「グランシード学院」的学生会会长ファリア相遇，进而展开的原创故事。。The eccentric professor Collins lives completely secluded in his chaotic apartment. When the model Penny moves in next to him, he becomes fascinated of her. He drills holes in her walls and ceiling and peeps on her day and night. He loses himself in daydreams and delusions.。
